This project was a renovation of a historic 1926 French Provincial style home originally designed by architect J. Lister Holmes. The remodel rectified challenges of past remodels while creating a home that works for modern living and still honored the original architecture. The approach for the interiors was focused on creating a highly edited and serene home. Shifting finishes from room to room in a subtle way highlighted the architecture while creating a beautiful backdrop for the furnishings and modern art. Furniture, fabrics and accessories were carefully curated for their character, silhouette, and finish.
